Triumph of Love
January 24 - February 1, 2003
Music and laughter blend with romance and
Pathos in this delightful adaptation of the 18th century Marivaux
comedy. A princess disguised as a man falls in love with a prince,
but complications arise when the prince's aunt and uncle fall for
the princess as well. Gender bending, bawdy, witty, and with just a
touch of anachronistic humor, this charming musical was written by
James Magruder, Jeffrey Stock, and Susan Birkenhead.
